Gavin, a Kudu co-founder, oversees finance and transaction support, which encompasses investment analysis, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring. Previously, he was a principal at Asset Management Finance, LLC where he managed financial due diligence and operations. He was also CFO at Aligned Asset Managers, a GTCR-backed investment firm and a director in KPMG’s Transaction Services Group where he led M&A due diligence engagements for strategic and private equity investors. Gavin is a Certified Public Accountant (U.S.) and Chartered Accountant (Australia). He holds a Commerce degree with Honors from Monash University, Australia.
